Returns and Exchanges

If you purchased your A&D Weighing product from a reseller or distributor, please return your product to that reseller/distributor under their return policy.  A&D Weighing will not honor returns for items purchased at retailer/distributor locations or other websites.

A&D Weighing has a 30 day return policy for products purchased directly from only.  You may return your A&D Weighing new product for a refund of the price of the product, minus a 20% restocking fee.  Product(s) must be in new condition (never been tested or used) with all original packaging, manuals, and other accessories to be eligible for a refund.  Shipping is only refundable in the case of A&D Weighing error.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of A&D Weighing error.

No refunds will be made after 30 days after the customer receives the product (according to the tracking details).

To return an item, you must first have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.  Returns without an RMA# may be refused.  For further instructions, please contact us.

A&D Weighing recommends insuring all packages that are returned, as A&D Weighing is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

To make an “exchange”, please follow the return process listed above and place a second order for the new item you wish to receive.  The second order may be placed before or after credit has been received for the original item, at the customer's preference.
