Easy Checklist for Machine Integration

Before you buy a load cell or weighing module, what questions would you need to answer?

Weigh modules and load cells are used to create weighing solutions when standard weighing products are not available or when a customized solution needs to be integrated into an existing setup. These products can be used as platform or conveyor scales, tanks, hoppers or other automated processes.

You’ll need to know the maximum capacity of what you’ll be weighing and the accuracy you’ll need from the scale. But there are a lot of other factors like determining pre-load from existing structures, environmental exposures for the system, cleaning requirements, and many more that impact what solution will be best for you.

We put together a checklist of key items to help you make sure you know everything you’ll need to integrate.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
